📦 One-Time vs Recurring Payments
With FitEase, you can send checkout links for either one-timecharges (e.g., a single consultation, nutrition plan, or drop-in session) or recurring subscriptions (e.g., monthly training programs, ongoing coaching).
This flexibility lets you run your business the way you want—mixing one-off services with predictable monthly income.

💰 Platform Fee
Payments collected through FitEase are processed securely by Stripe. A simple 4% platform fee applies to all transactions, with a $2 minimum and $9 maximum for one-time payments.
For recurring subscriptions, a flat 4% platform fee is applied automatically to each renewal payment.
✅ Transparency note: FitEase does not add any hidden charges. The platform fee helps cover payment infrastructure fee from stripe.
Here’s how it works in practice:
- Client payment: $25 → Fee: $2 (minimum applies)
- Client payment: $100 → Fee: $4 (4%)
- Client payment: $300 → Fee: $9 (maximum applies)
- Monthly subscription payment: $100 → Fee: $4 (4%)
You can choose whether to absorb this fee as part of your pricing, or pass it to clients during checkout. This flexibility lets you decide how to manage transaction costs in your business.
